She's Back! KELLY ROWLAND!!! 'Commander'

Okay so the question is, what is up with all these artists and their sudden comeback with extraordinary songs? I feel like I should post all these songs in just 'one' post… but then again they deserve to be talked about, one by one. This song in particular is probably one of the best songs I’ve heard throughout my whole pop life. This time, it’s by Kelly Rowland (former Destiny’s Child member). Rowland paired up with David Guetta (producer who has worked with Akon and the Black Eyed Peas among others). The duo had already worked together for Guetta’s ‘When Love Takes Over’, song that brought Guetta all this popularity throughout the states. I guess he sort of owed Ms.Kelly for all of that right? Anyways, this following track is called ‘Commander’, and it will serve as Kelly’s first single off of her third upcoming studio album. It will hit radio play soon, so get ready for it, but if you’re the type of person that can’t wait for new music, then enjoy!

Btw. In my opinion, Rowland sounds way better with this style of music; I think she should stick to it for a while.

Miley Cyrus is BACK... with new single 'Can't Be Tamed'

That’s right, the ‘Hannah Montana’ star is back with her first single ‘Can’t Be Tamed’ off of her upcoming third studio album with the same name. It is definitely something different compared to anything Cyrus has done before. Her vocals have changed (in a good way), and the techno vibe that follows the song is catchy. I know many will think that just like any other singer out there, she's stepping into the GaGa techno era... but so what if she does? At least she's doing a great job at it. The official music video will be released tonight at 12pm EST through myspace.com.

This is one of my new favorite tracks!

She's finally here... NATALIA KILLS!

Okay, so I know I mentioned a few things about her a while ago. Upcoming artist, compared to Lady GaGa (since both have worked with CherryTree Records), her promo single 'zombie' has been around the web for a while, and I know I said soon everyone is going to be deep into her music. Well, still I stand for what I’ve said, and I’m very positive this will surely happen. It keeps getting closer and closer, trying to figure out what her music really is going to be like. I know for a fact it's like nothing we've ever heard before. I guess that's the reason they compare her to GaGa, they both have unique styles and their creativity drives their artistry.

Just like GaGa who released 'The Fame: Mini Film' way before anyone knew about her (I remember falling crazy in love with that unknown blonde chick's music, of course back then there wasn't much info about her but clips of a few of her tracks). That is why I can honestly say I’m a true GaGa fan. But enough about that, NATALIE KILLS has also released the first clip of her own mini-film called 'Love, Kills xx' through youtube, and I cannot wait for this artist to blow up the music industry. I’ve also been a fan of her since her artist name was 'Verbz', then 'Natalia Capuccini'... catch my drift?

So here I leave you with the first chapter of the many soon to come clips of this beautiful singer.

Neon Trees 'Animal'

Okay so I know a few of you are going to be like 'WTF is wrong with you?’ but I must honestly admit I had never really listened to Neon Trees until a little while ago. I had seen their name around other band's websites, like going on tour with them and stuff but it never catched my attention to look them up. But anyways as soon as I heard their latest material, I fell in love with it. Their music sounds familiar though; maybe I did hear it before, who knows? They've only had EP's, so i got a reason to not know much about them. It is until this year that they will release their first album 'Habits'. This is their first single 'Animal', which was released as a free single on iTunes. It's really catchy, definitely something I would hear in a film's soundtrack.

Hey Hollywood!, it's LOLENE!

Here's what's next in pop. At first I though it was just another pop trash artist wanting her 15 minutes of fame, but this is really good. It has the main 3 factors of a good pop song, (sexy vocals, a sick beat, and a catchy melody). Lolene is a British recording artist discovered by Rihanna's/Britney's record producer J.R. Rotem. 'Rich (Fake It Til You Make It)' was released as her official first US 2 days ago (04/19). This track pretty much talks about her craving for fame, and what she would do to obtain it. Couldn't get it out of my head for a while, enjoy!

Aggro Santos Feat. Kimberly Wyatt (PCD)

Well as most of you guys know, PCD has broken up already as a group. The only exception was Nicole (obviously), and I’m pretty sure the casting for the new pussycats has already been done. Btw, did you guys know the other pussycats weren't considered artists? I know, shocking right? They were actually considered employees of Interscope Records. It was included in their contract that they would have a certain salary. But anyways, I’ve also mentioned how the other 4 pussycats (Jessica Sutta, Kimberly Wyatt, and Ashley Roberts) are planning on doing their own thing, there is a possibility though that Melody Thornton may still return. 'If this does happen, I must admit it's the smartest decision Robin Antin (creator of the PCD), Melody was once casted as the main lead vocalist but Nicole ended up getting that part. Her vocals are shockingly great, and letting go of her would be stupid. But here we have Kimberly Wyatt, another ex-member of the pussycat dolls. 'You know, one of the hot blondes HAHA', well although she already stated she's already got plans to release her own album, here's a collaboration she did with Brazilian/British rap vocalist Aggro Santos. This is a new track, which will be released as his first official single next month (May 2, 2010) called 'Candy'. But you get to hear it here first! It's beyond awesome, I love it! Enjoy!

Vanessa Hudgens 'Amazed'

Okay so I know not many of you are fans of Vanessa Hudgens (specially Disney parents *cough*), but I just had to post this track. Off of her sophomore album 'Identified' released back in 2008, this is called 'Amazed' featuring female rapper Lil Mama. Unfortunately it wasn't a single, so it wasn't as popular as i would've hoped. It's a teen-pop kind of song, not bad at all. Obviously you can hear her voice being auto-tuned but looking at the bright side, it softly complements the music in the background. Take a listen!

Alphabeat 'Telephone/Bad Romance' MASH-UP!

OMG! You guys have to check this out! So most of you guys know I’m deeply in love with Lady GaGa right?
I found this interesting cover (mash up) …. [Among others, which I will post overtime of course] of 'Telephone' & 'Bad Romance'. It's beyond awesome; I just can't stop listening to it. It is by Danish Pop band 'Alphabeat'. They were actually part of Lady GaGa's Monster Ball Tour in the UK these 2 past months. I've also listened to a few of their actual songs online since then, and I liked a few but I enjoyed this cover the most. It has that Euro-Pop kind of sound. Enjoy!

Glee goes 'goo-goo' for GaGa!!

You heard it right, (well technically read it haha) but Glee will have an all Lady GaGa inspired episode.

2 Lady GaGa songs already confirmed to be covered by the Glee cast are 'Poker Face' and 'Bad Romance'. Of course there will be other tracks but we may have to wait until the episode airs in June. Rachel Berry (Lea Michelle) and Shelby Corcoran (Idina Menzel) will both be doing a stripped down acoustic version of 'Poker Face' as a mother-daughter duet. YES! That is right; there is a great possibility that Menzel's character 'Shelby' is actually Rachel's biological mother. I’m not surprised at all, I mean that’s the first reason Idina Menzel was casted. Her resemblance with Lea Michelle is beautifully shocking.

Nobody knows who will take over 'Bad Romance' but I have a feeling Kurk's character will play a big part in this song. I wonder why? *cough*

Here’s the first photo released from this episode. Can you guess who's dressed in the 'Bad Romance' outfit? HAHA Btw. It is said that most of the cast will get a crazy GaGa costume. Rachel in particular may be wearing the Kermit the frog one?

Glee 'Hell-O'

Random True Fact: Although I love FOX's 'Glee' with a passion. I've never enjoyed Finn's (Cory Monteith)'s vocals in any song he's in. I find his character annoying actually. That is until this Wednesday 04/14 when Season 1 resumed with it's 14th episode 'Hell-O'. I must say his cover of 'Hello, I Love You' originally by The Doors was very well done. Now i can't stop playing it over and over again. I also enjoyed the classic 'Hello, Goodbye' and of course, Rachel's (Lea Michele) cover for 'Gives You Hell' (originally by the AAR). I personally can't wait for next week's 'Madonna' episode. It's going to be crazy! Sue Sylvester's (Jane Lynch) 'Vogue' also gave me the shivers (her vocals had a tiny resemblance with Madonna's), and the video was extraordinary.

NEW! Lindsay Lohan 'Stuck'

Here's the HQ version of Lindsay Lohan's latest leaked track 'Stuck'. It is rumored to be in her upcoming album 'Spirit In The Dark' along with 'Bossy'. The album keeps getting pushed back ever since November 2008 (wow, that's a long while). Hopefully it drops by the end of 2010, let's cross our fingers. I really hope she makes some sort of comeback; she deserves another chance to redeem herself as an artist. Her music style changed... she went from pop rock, to electropop, dance-pop. It works real well for her; her vocals complement the music smoothly. Enjoy!

Travie McCoy 'Billionaire'

I don't know much about this one, except that I fell in love it as soon as I heard it for the first time. Maybe cuz it's like my life story put together in one simple song. LOL It's called 'Billionaire' by Travie McCoy (also known as the lead vocalist of the popular group Gym Class Heroes) and also featuring Bruno Mars. This is a must! It has the potential to be a classic hit. Enjoy!

Girlicious is BACK!

It's finally here. Girlicious' second single 'Maniac' off of their sophomore album is already on iTunes. It will serve as their first INTERNATIONAL single. The music video is set to be released real soon. I personally can't wait... seems like everyone got over 'Tiffanie' (4th member of Girlicious) leaving the group. Well technically kicked out due to personal reasons between the members. Anyways, this track pretty much portrays the different style Girlicious has lead to. I love it!

Here's a little taste of what the 'Maniac' Music Video is going to be like.

B.o.B Feat Hayley Williams 'Airplanes'

Wow, I didn't know about this collaboration until yesterday when my friend introduced me to it. I have a sick obsession with Paramore since the (Misery Business) days. Since then I obtained all their music including their previous albums, demos, acoustic versions, and unreleased tracks and I can honestly say they're my true favorite band. They've made a big impact in my life, that's how much their music means to me. Anyways, this track is called 'Airplanes', it will serve as B.o.B.’s third single off of his upcoming debut album ‘B.o.B Presents: The Adventures of Bobby Ray’. It features Hayley Williams (lead vocalist of 'paramore'). Both singers have opposite music styles but this song goes to show that sometimes chemicals do react in a positive way. The lyrics are deep, the hip-hop beat sick, and Hayley's vocals are amazing. There will be a Part 2 of this song featuring Eminem in the future, but I doubt I’ll like his version at all. So I’ll stick to this one, Enjoy!

B.o.B. Feat. Hayley Williams 'Airplanes'

Shakira 'Men In This Town'

This song right here is one that should've been a single for Shakira's latest album 'She Wolf' in my opinion. Instead they went with 'Did It Again' & 'Gypsy' which are **Okay** tracks but not as good as 'She Wolf', or 'Give It Up To Me'. I used it as my ring tone for a quite a while actually LOL, it's that good. Enjoy 'Men In This Town'.

Meet Wynter Gordon

Here's another song I’ve had for quite a while on my iTunes but never really catched my attention until now. Wynter Gordon is an artist that has truly worked real hard to earn the reputation she now owns. Working on the background as a songwriter and recording backing vocals for other top artists. She has co-written songs for Danity Kane, Leighton Meester, J'LO, Estelle, Flo-Rida etc., the list goes on and on. Ever since 2004 she has been working on her debut album 'With The Music I Die', which unfortunately keeps getting pushed back by her label. Good news is, it has now been confirmed that it will be officially released this summer (2010). This song 'Dirty Talk' will serve as the official first single even though it was released more than a year ago. Can't wait, I love her music style. =] I'm not sure, but i think it was produced by David Guetta.

Jeanette 'Undress to the beat'

Okay so I must admit I first found a small similarity between her music and Heidi Montag's but I was way off. Jeanette Biedermann (whom I’ve never heard of in my defense) is a famous German pop singer. She's had a few gold certified albums, lots of singles, and she's also a TV actress. What I can say is that although their music styles sound a bit pop trashy. This girl actually CAN sing... unlike Montag. (Please take it personal Heidi... 'NO jk intended') I've been listening to a few of Jeanette's acoustic performances and I enjoyed every one of em'. Here's her first single off of her seventh album (I know crazy right?) 'Undress to the Beat '. It's not new (2009) but it's worth a listen... Enjoy!

Jeanette 'Undress to the Beat'

I dare you to listen to this...

Labeled as one of UK's Hottest Stars, 'Daisy Dares You' (Daisy Coburn) is one of 2010's rising stars to look for. She may sound like a newbie, but she's been around for a while. Using social websites like myspace & youtube to promote her music (usually demos). Her first single 'Number One Enemy' is already breaking the charts, and it has been confirmed that her second single 'Rosie' is already on its way (It'll be officially released on May 2010). Her debut album 'RUSH' is set and ready to go, it'll drop in June 2010.
Be on the lookout for this artist, I’m sure we'll be hearing from her soon in the states. By the way, did I mention she's just 16? Wow! LOL

Introducing Anna Margaret

Never have I heard a 13-year-old girl sing like this since Joanna 'JoJo' Levesque. Just when I thought Disney had run out of talent (besides Demi Lovato), this upcoming singer 'Anna Margaret' proved me wrong. She's vocally talented; I can't imagine how great she will sound once she develops her music persona. She was featured in the DCOM 'Starstruck' (which I didn't bother watching by the way... seemed pretty idiotic to me). Although the soundtrack seemed okay for a trashy film, this girl stood out the most to me. She is already working on her upcoming debut album, which will drop later this year. Here's the original studio version along with a live performance for her song 'Something About The Sunshine'.

Resident Evil: Afterlie TRAILER

So the official trailer for 'Resident Evil: Afterlife' was released today, and it pretty much left me speechless. It looks more like a teaser but still, I am extremely exited. The last film (Resident Evil: Extinction) left off in a very unusual way. It left me with doubts and questions on what was coming up next. Based on the trailer, it seems like Ali Larter pretty much joined Milla as the protagonist of the film series. I have no words to explain how long I've been waiting for this.

I also cannot wait to see who's going to appear in this film's soundtrack. The bands on the last one were amaazzzinnggg!

Simon Curtis EP '8Bit Heart'

Meet newcomer singer/songwriter & current actor Simon Curtis. He names himself 'robotboy', to describe his pop style. Personally, i think his music sounds like a mix between Timbaland & GaGa (maybe not this song, but judging on a few of the other tracks he's done). He is currently promoting his new EP '8Bit Heart' (13 tracks). You can download it for FREE at his official site, so if you like what you hear, you should go and check it out. There's nothing better than free music right?

Simon Curtis 'Delusional'

In this following song, he samples Lady GaGa's 'Bad Romance' Vocals at exactly '1:01'.
Sounds a bit weird at first, but then it gets crazy with the techno beats.
